Refund Policy

Intelligence Pro is a monthly subscription billed in advance through Creem.io, our merchant of record. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep Pro access for the remainder of the billing period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.

Refunds

Because access is granted immediately on payment, we don't provide prorated refunds for unused time within a current billing period, except where required by law. If you were charged in error, charged after a cancellation that didn't go through, or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll review it for a full refund.

Disputed charges

Since Creem is the merchant of record on your statement, you're also welcome to raise a payment dispute directly with Creem's support team, who can process refunds independently of us.
